Your individualized program may include:
Manual Therapy (joint mobilizations, soft-tissue work)

Self-Pay Patients: No referral needed as Oregon’s Direct Access law lets you schedule immediately.
Insurance Patients: Some insurers (Medicare, OHP, HMOs, Workers’ Comp) require a referral. We’ll let you know what is needed.

Bring: Photo ID, insurance or referral paperwork (if applicable), and any relevant imaging reports.
Wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing that exposes the treatment area (e.g., shorts for knee issues). Patient gowns are available if needed.

After any required paperwork, your PT will:
Review your medical and injury history
Perform a hands-on evaluation (posture, strength, mobility, special tests)
Explain your diagnosis, prognosis, and recommended plan
Provide a personalized home exercise program and resistance bands at no extra charge

Session Length: Typically 60 minutes (total appointment time may vary).
Number of Visits: Varies by individual. We design each plan to maximize efficiency and long-term results making sure that our patients meet their goals.

Yes. Virtual visits are available for patients in Oregon who need remote supervision of exercises, progress checks, and/or education.

It depends on your benefits with your commercial health insurance. Our transparent, self-pay fees make sure that you pay one clear rate with no hidden costs. Many private health plans also offer out-of-network reimbursement where you can get a good portion of your money back! We are happy to help you submit your claims.
